By noon, the empty column had become an omission.
By evening, the omission had become a correction.
By the next cycle, the correction was cited as proof that no one had been denied water.
These records were not lost. They were administered.
THOTH begins with ordinary pressure: a line, a valve, a missing number, a consequence.
The fragments give the reader a wound in the record, not a lecture on the institution.
Future entries may arrive as records, witnesses, doctrines, contradictions, or small failures of official memory.
The Archive does not open all at once. Some truths are better found in order.
